Morgane Heyse

COLORATURA SOPRANO

Morgane Heyse is a Franco-German coloratura soprano, passionate about exploring all repertoires. A refined Mozart interpreter, she has gained a solid reputation for her nuanced interpretation of the role of the Queen of the Night (Die Zauberflöte, W. A. Mozart), which she performs in both Europe and Asia. However, the soprano is not limited to the classical period: she also participates in numerous world premieres of contemporary works, notably in the title roles of Wölfe by H. Tulve, Manga-Café by P. Zavaro, and as Gabriel in Adam und Eva by M. Swoboda at the SWR Festspiele.
Morgane made her debut at the prestigious Salzburg Festival in July 2022 in Mozart’s Mass in C minor under the baton of Philippe Herreweghe and is a regular guest at the Volksoper Wien and the Orchestre des Champs-Élysées. In opera, Morgane has performed at the Mars en Baroque Festival in Marseille and the Armel Opera Festival 2017, among others. Next season, Morgane will make her highly anticipated debuts in the roles of Sophie (Der Rosenkavalier) and Norina (Don Pasquale).
