
Julian Trevelyan
British pianist Julian Trevelyan settled in France after winning the Long-Thibaud Competition in 2015 at the age of 16, becoming the youngest laureate in the history of this competition. He has also been awarded prizes in international piano competitions such as Leeds, Géza Anda, Horowitz, and many others. Julian has performed as a soloist with orchestras including the Orchestre de Chambre de Paris, the Toulouse Orchestra, the Picardy Orchestra, the Orchestre de la Suisse Romande, the Tonhalle Zurich, the Royal Liverpool Philharmonic, and the St. Petersburg Philharmonic Orchestra. He has recorded with the Vienna Radio Symphony Orchestra, the London Mozart Players, and the BBC National Orchestra of Wales. Julian studies at the École Normale de Musique de Paris Alfred Cortot with Rena Shereshevskaya.
